About Us

Live YOUniquely is a family business. All three of us work together to provide you with the best customized gift you can imagine. This business started in March 2020. It started out as us trying to master a hobby to provide handmade personal gifts for family and friends. However, when we posted our first cup, a Mickey cup we made for our daughter, the business took off overnight because everyone wanted awesome cups for themselves. We have the most amazing customers and pride ourselves with excellent customer service. We are located in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. If you are local to us we will plan a delivery date and time. And if you are out of our delivery area, don’t worry because we ship anywhere! Delivery, Shipping, and Returns

We strive to provide the perfect gift for you. All orders are custom made and all sales are final. However, if there is a problem or concern please contact Live YOUniquely within 24 hours of delivery date. I also ask that you contact the shipping carrier to begin the claim filing process if it was a shipping issue. We will do our very best to fix the issues and concerns at hand. If an agreement can be made between the customer and Live YOUniquely to replace or fix issue the customer will pay shipping costs associated with return of items.
If you are having your items delivered, when they are complete we will contact you and set up a meeting date and location. Items shipped to you will come with tracking information and will have insurance on each package. We take pictures of each item before it is packaged so if there is any concerns or issues please let us know within 24 hours of delivery date. You will need to contact the shipping provider and start a claim if there is an issue with shipping.
